چکیده
Abstract In this study, D-galactose was used to establish a model of liver dysfunction caused by oxidative stress in mice, and the effect dandelion on improving exercise capacity mice with observed its mechanism expounded. This study examined role running ability, swimming endurance, blood biochemical indices, histopathological changes, tissue mRNA expression changes. The animal results showed that extended time exhaustion dysfunctional reduced serum levels urea nitrogen (BUN), lactic acid (BLA) malondialdehyde (MDA) liver, increased hepatic glycogen (HG) muscle (MG) as well uperoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities. Histopathological observations suggested alleviated lesions liver. quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis downregulated inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) neuronal (nNOS), copper/zinc-superoxide (Cu/Zn-SOD), manganese-superoxide (Mn-SOD), catalase (CAT) skeletal liver-dysfunctional mice. contrast, syncytin-1 dysregulated positional main components were gallic acid, protocatechuic chlorogenic caffeic p-coumaric rutin, myricitrin, isoquercitrin, isochlorogenic A, luteolin.

Common Names The English name dandelion is a corruption of the French dent de leon, meaning “lion’s tooth.” The herb is similarly named in many Indo-European tongues, also being called “lion’s tooth” in German (Löwenzahn) and Spanish (diente de leon). The name refers to the toothed margins of the leaves. In both modern French and English, the name for dandelion reflects its diuretic nature—bein...

Phytoextraction and phytostabilization are well-established sub-processes of phytoremediation that are being followed for in situ remediation of soils contaminated with toxic metals. Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-Mazz, a newly reported Cd accumulator has shown considerable potential for phytoextracting Cd. This paper investigated the effects of urea and chicken manure on T. mongolicum phytoextracti...
